Iverheal 3 is a prescription medication manufactured by Healing Pharma containing Ivermectin 3mg, a potent anthelmintic and antiparasitic drug. It is indicated for the treatment of intestinal strongyloidiasis, onchocerciasis (river blindness), and crusted scabies, as well as other parasitic infections.

Uses & Benefits

• Treats strongyloidiasis (intestinal threadworm)

• Manages onchocerciasis (river blindness)

• Effective against scabies, especially crusted (Norwegian) scabies

• Used off-label for head lice and other ectoparasites

• May be part of combination therapy for certain filarial infections

Dosage

Take as directed by your physician. For strongyloidiasis, a single oral dose of 200 mcg/kg body weight is typical; for onchocerciasis, a single dose of 150 mcg/kg. Iverheal 3 tablets are taken on an empty stomach with a full glass of water. Avoid food at least 1 hour before and after. Follow-up doses may be needed based on the condition.

Side Effects

• Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea

• Dizziness or headache

• Itching or skin rash

• Fatigue or weakness

• Muscle aches (myalgia)

• In onchocerciasis: Mazzotti reaction (fever, rash, lymph node tenderness)

Precautions

• Not recommended in pregnancy unless benefits outweigh risks.

• Breastfeeding: excreted in milk; use with caution.

• Avoid alcohol during treatment.

• Inform doctor if you have liver or kidney disease.

• May interact with warfarin – monitor INR.

• Keep out of reach of children.
